Toledo/Lucas County CareNet provides access to coordinated healthcare services for low-income Lucas County residents by coordinating a charity care network with primary care, hospital and specialty services.  Additionally, CareNet’s community health workers help connect low-income residents to needed medical care and social services, and helps residents utilize their health coverage and navigate the healthcare system.
